Fulfillment methods vary by item and may include school pickup, event pickup, local distribution, direct shipping, digital delivery, or fulfillment by a third-party provider. Estimated timing is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and pickup information. Incorrect information may cause delays or additional costs.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled by Mergenthaler Vocational-Technical High School based on the item, event, service, or circumstances involved. Customized, personalized, made-to-order, fundraising, digital, ticket, registration, and final-sale purchases may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. If you believe an order is incorrect, damaged, duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise requires review, contact the store as soon as possible.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

7. Tickets, Events, and Registrations
Tickets, registrations, appointments, or event-related purchases are subject to the rules, schedules, capacity limits, and cancellation decisions of the Organization or event operator. Unless otherwise stated, tickets and registration fees may be non-refundable after purchase.
If an event is canceled or materially changed, the Organization will determine the applicable remedy, which may include a refund, credit, rescheduling, or another option consistent with its policies and applicable law.

By providing an email address or phone number during checkout or through a storefront form, you may receive transaction-related communications such as receipts, order confirmations, pickup instructions, event information, or support messages.

Venderly is a technology provider to the Organization and is not responsible for school, district, club, program, event, product, inventory, fundraising, or fulfillment decisions made by the Organization.

The storefront and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organization does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the storefront or that all information will always be error-free.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any rights, defenses, limitations, immunities, or protections available to a public school, school district, government entity, nonprofit organization, or other Organization under applicable law.
14. Applicable Rules and Governing Law
These Terms are subject to applicable federal, state, and local law, as well as policies or rules adopted by the Organization. If the Organization is a public school, school district, or government entity, mandatory statutory, regulatory, procurement, governmental, or sovereign-immunity requirements will control over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
Where a governing-law statement is appropriate, the laws of Maryland apply, without creating any waiver of governmental or sovereign immunity.
