The Organization and Venderly may receive transaction information needed to complete orders, provide support, reconcile payments, and maintain required records.

Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the storefront, process payments, host the website, send communications, provide shipping or fulfillment, prevent fraud, or support other store functions. These providers may include Venderly, Stripe, website and communications providers, and applicable fulfillment or shipping partners.
We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, governmental request, audit requirement, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of customers, the Organization, Venderly, or others.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain financial and administrative records, satisfy legal or contractual requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the storefront and its users.
